“Yellow 22”: Tough Confrontations Between the Top Teams

The 22nd round of the Yelo First Division Professional League kicks off on Monday, with tough matches to come, most notably the one between leaders Neom and third-place Al-Najma, while fourth-place Al-Adalah meets runner-up Al-Hazm.

Two matches will be held on Monday: Al-Zulfi meets Al-Jabalain, while Al-Bukayriyah hosts Al-Ain.

Al-Zulfi is looking for a win, having not won in four rounds, to drop to 13th place with 23 points. Al-Jabalain is seeking to regain victories after drawing against Al-Arabi in the previous round, to reach 35 points in fifth place.

Al-Bukayriyah will host Al-Ain to continue their winning streak and advance in the standings, as they are in 11th place with 27 points. Al-Ain, meanwhile, hopes to achieve a positive result to revive their hopes of survival, as they are in 17th place with 19 points.

The round continues on Tuesday, with Al-Arabi facing Al-Jubail, Al-Adalah facing Al-Hazm, and Abha hosting Al-Faisaly.

Al-Arabi, in seventh place with 31 points, will seek to regain a win they have missed in four rounds when they host Al-Jubail, who are seeking to continue their positive results and move away from the danger zone, as they are in 12th place with 24 points.

In one of the round’s highlights, Al-Adalah will host Al-Hazm. Al-Adalah, in fourth place with 37 points, will seek to win against Al-Hazm, who are also seeking to regain their winning streak and consolidate their position in second place, which they hold alone with 42 points.

Abha will host Al-Faisaly, seeking to regain their winning streak and move closer to the playoff places, as they are in ninth place with 29 points. Al-Faisaly, meanwhile, are seeking to win and escape the relegation zone, as they are in 16th place with 20 points.

The round concludes on Wednesday, with Al-Batin facing Al-Jandal, Ohud facing Al-Ta’ee, Al-Safa facing Jeddah, and Neom hosting Al-Najma.

Al-Batin, in 14th place with 23 points, will host Al-Jandal, in 10th place with 28 points. Meanwhile, Ohud, in last place with 12 points, will host Al-Tai, in 6th place with 34 points. Jeddah, in 8th place with 29 points, will host Al-Safa, in 15th place with 21 points.

In the top match of the round, NEOM, the leaders with 44 points, will host Al-Najma, in 37 points. The home team will seek to continue their winning streak and consolidate their lead, while the visitors will seek to regain their winning streak and move closer to NEOM.
